PASSING AWAY OF RONALD MODRA R.

With deep sadness we must announce the unexpected departure of our beloved leader, husband, father and friend, Ronald Modra, which occurred on Friday, January 21, 2011.

We are comforted by having known him deeply and being able to preserve a full and satisfactory memory of him, and the relief of his family in God in Christ Jesus.

His death was quick, painless and natural, without medical intervention, as he would have wanted. And we know that he is now resting in God, who has prepared something much better than this world can offer.

Ronald’s body was returned to the earth on Sunday, January 23, 2011 in the Russian cemetery, Av Eyzaguirre 2395, Puente Alto, Santiago.

To continue collaborating with us we decided to give this news, and we remain determined to keep informing and teaching about natural health, just as he wanted.

We will miss him a lot as a team but what sustains us and encourages us is the need to proceed with his projects and good works so as not to lose what he fought to create but for it to be multiplied.

Tireless Australian traveler and diligent researcher, Ronald Modra Roberts (1939-2011) came to Chile with his family in 1996, to establish AMINAS healthy food and share with us the results of their studies and logical conclusions.

Studied Dietetics and Applied Nutrition at the University of Melbourne, which subsequently merged with Food Science Laboratory, Horticulture, Marketing and Engineering at the University of Sydney, Australia.

Champion in various sports, Ronald remained active throughout his life. Coach on sports and nutrition counselor, spent much of his life researching these topics.

Ronald was also the author of numerous articles, examining health issues and politics of global food supply. Founder of the national newspaper, "El Guardián de la Salud" ("The Guardian of Health") which reports the latest research on natural health and appears in all kiosks in Chile monthly, a publication that reflects his tireless spirit of help and service to others.
